This morning I woke up
The first thing I did was lie.
Then I got up and I lied a little more.
And everything I did today was a lie.
I don’t know why…

I lied so much…
I can’t look into your eyes anymore.
I didn’t feel any shame back then,
But it’s really getting to me now…

I don’t know how to apologize…
Because everything I’d do would be a lie.
But there’s no turning back.
I realized that what you do can’t be erased,
Forgotten.

You can only try and make sure
That you won’t make the situation worse that it is.
But then again you’ll always have dreams.
Anything is possible there.
